What this notice covers

This notice explains what information is collected when you use this website and how it is handled. It does not cover information recorded during an in-person consultation, which is kept as part of your clinical record.

Information collected

When you submit a consultation request or contact enquiry, the following is stored: your name, phone number, and — if you provide them — your email address, preferred date and time, and any message you write.

Technical information (your IP address and browser identifier) is recorded with each submission. This is used only to identify and block automated abuse of the forms.

Please do not send medical details through this website

The forms on this site are for arranging contact only. Please do not include detailed medical information in a form message. Health matters are discussed privately during your consultation.

How it is used

Submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or passed to third parties.
